Yes. The live PHAZD model is open access. No gates, no quizzes, no unlock conditions. If a live drop is on the site, you can browse it and buy it.

The current launch focuses on 10 identity drops: The Dev, The Shipper, The Founder, The Creator, The Game Dev, The Producer, The Artist, The Hacker, The Night Owl, and The Pioneer.

Yes. PHAZD is designed to expand over time through new drop waves, new creator segments, and future capsules. Some drops are intentionally held for later wave moments.

Yes. PHAZD is built around finite, curated drops - not endless generic inventory. Availability can change based on release timing, sell-through, and production windows.

No. You can browse the live drops without creating an account before purchase.

Yes. Each piece is produced after purchase rather than mass-manufactured. That keeps the brand more intentional, less wasteful, and closer to the drop model.

Usually not. Some drops may return in future forms, but PHAZD is not built around permanent open stock.

We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe, plus supported accelerated checkout methods such as Google Pay, Cash App, Amazon Pay, Link, and Klarna where available.

You are charged at checkout once your order is confirmed.

Because pieces are made to order, production happens before shipping. Estimated production timing is shown at checkout.

We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations. The current destination list is shown during checkout and in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Shipping rates are shown at checkout based on destination. Free US shipping on orders over $150. Free international shipping on orders over $250.

After production, US orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days, Canada in 7–14 business days, UK and Europe in 7–14 business days, and selected international orders in 10–21 business days. Timing may vary by destination.

Not always. Duties and taxes may apply depending on destination unless prepaid at checkout.

Eligible returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit, provided items are unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging. Featured drops, limited releases, and made-to-order items may be final sale.

Yes. Size exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Contact support as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. We will make it right.

For standard returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve it appropriately.

We collect the information needed to process orders and support customers, such as your name, email, shipping details, billing details, order history, and messages you send us.

We do not store full card numbers. Payment information is processed securely by our payment processor.

No. PHAZD does not sell your personal information and does not share it with advertisers or third-party marketers.
