Shipping
PHAZD currently ships to the United States and selected international countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, and other selected destinations.
Free standard shipping on US orders over $150.
Free international shipping on all orders over $250.
Orders are processed within our standard fulfillment window shown at checkout. Delivery times may vary by destination and carrier.
For international orders, duties, taxes, and import fees may apply unless prepaid at checkout. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Once an order has been placed, shipping addresses cannot always be changed. Please review your details carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for eligible items in accordance with the policy below and any rights that apply under local consumer law.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition, and returned with original tags and packaging.
For change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Some limited, made-to-order, or specially marked items may be final sale where permitted by applicable law.
Featured Drops & Limited Releases
Items purchased from Featured Drops, limited releases, and made-to-order collections are final sale. These items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed items, or any statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
Cryptocurrency Payments
Orders paid with cryptocurrency (USDC) are processed through Stripe and are subject to the same return, exchange, and refund policies as all other orders. Approved refunds for cryptocurrency payments are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, the same way card refunds are processed.
Promotional or complimentary store credit is not eligible for cash-value redemption or withdrawal under any circumstances.
International Returns
For orders shipped outside the United States, approved returns are issued as store credit only, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Size Exchanges
If you need a different size, you may request an exchange for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
For US orders, we will ship the replacement item directly once the original item is received and inspected.
For international orders, size exchanges are processed as a return for store credit. You may then place a new order for the correct size. The new order is subject to standard shipping rates unless it meets the free shipping threshold.
If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer store credit or another available solution in line with this policy and applicable law.
Change-of-Mind Returns
For customers in the United States and Canada, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.
For customers in the United Kingdom and European Union, you may have a legal right to cancel eligible online orders within 14 days of delivery. Where this right applies, returned items must be sent back in accordance with the instructions provided after your return request. Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law.
For customers in Australia and New Zealand, change-of-mind returns are only accepted where this policy allows them. This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed items.
Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect, or Misdescribed Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos where possible.
Where required, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, refund, or store credit, depending on the issue and the law that applies to your order.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
How to Start a Return
To request a return or exchange, contact support@phazd.com with your order number and reason for the request. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.
Items sent back without an approved return request may not be accepted.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, any approved refund or store credit will be processed.
For orders paid by card, approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the transaction.
For orders paid with store credit, approved returns are issued as store credit to your PHAZD account.
